AN ORDINANCE BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SCHERTZ, TEXAS AMENDING THE UNIFIED DEVEWPMENT CODE
(UDC) ORDINANCE 96-8-28 BY GRANTING A SPECIFIC USE PERMIT
FOR 3.H: ACRES OUT OF THE GENOBERA MALPAZ SURVEY NO. 67
ABSTRACT NO 221, MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS WTS 35
AND 36, BWCK 1 OF THE NELL DEANE SUBDIVISION,GUADALUPE
COUNTY, SCHERTZ, TEXAS FOR COMMERCIAL USE IN THE AIR
INSTALLATION COMPATIBLE USE WNE (AICUZ), (APZ-l);
PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE; AND PROVIDING A REPEALING
CLAUSE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SCHERTZ, TEXAS:
THAT, UDC Ordinance No. 96-8-28 of the City of Schertz, Texas is hereby amended in the
following manner.
SECTION I
"Grant a Specific Use Permit for 3.U: acres out of the Genobera Malpaz Survey No. 67 Abstract
No. 221, Guadalupe County, Schertz Texas, more particularly described as Lots 35 and 36,
Block 1 of the Nell Deane Subdivision in the specific use exhibit as attached hereto as Exhibit A,
to allow for a commercial lot in the Air Installation Compatible Use Zone (AICUZ), (APZ-I)."
SECTION n
THAT, The Zoning District Map described and referred to in Article III, of the UDC, Ordinance
96-S-28 shall be changed to reflect the above amendments.
SECTION m
THAT this Ordinance shall be effective from and after its final passage and any publication
required by the City of Schertz.
SECTION IV
THAT all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict with this Ordinance are hereby repealed.
