CALL TO ORDER/ROLL CALL
Mr. Richmond called the meeting to order at 5:00 P.M.

ACTION ITEM
A.
Consider and make a recommendation to the City Council regarding the revised Unified Development
Code (UDC) comprised of zoning, subdivision, and other related land use regulations by superseding
ordinance # 96-S-28, as amended.

Mr. Richmond called for a motion.
Mr. Greenwald moved to forward a recommendation of approval to the City Council. Mr. Wallace seconded
the motion. Vote unanimous. Motion carried.

ADJOURNMENT OF THE SPECIAL MEETING
