A RESOLUTION
AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 75-R-19 PERTAINING TO
THE MAINTENANCE AND UPDATING PROCEDURES TO THE
EVALUATION, CLASSIFICATION AND COMPENSATION
PLAN AND MERIT SYSTEM.
WHEREAS, additional clarification verbiage is required for
better and clearer interpretation of existing promotional and updating
procedures, and
WHEREAS, the proposed verbiage has been reviewed by the
Personnel Board, City Staff and City Manager, and City Council, NOW THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SCHERTZ, TEXAS,
That the set of procedural changes for updating of Pay Plan and
promoting personnel are hereby adopted and a copy of such changes be
attached hereto.
