RESOLUTION
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SCHERTZ, TEXAS:
(1) That the compensation of George Pickrell, City Secretary is
and shall hereafter be $3,000.00 per annum. That the increase in salary
herein granted the said George Pickrell is and shall be for additional
services rendered as City Secretary. The compensation herein stated
shall be effective as of Is1"C2u~~ II 1963.
(2) That in addition to the compensation and expenses now received
by the City Marshall, he shall receive $600.00 per annum, additional
monies to be paid for expenses incurred by the said City Marshall to
be paid in monthly installments of $50.00 each, commencing l~~
, 1963. It is stipulated, however, that the said
Marshall must provide at his own expense a subSitute or deputy marshall
when he is absent from the said City, which said deputy shall be avail-
able at all times for the performance of the duties of City Marshall
of the City of Schertz, Texas.
