A RESOLUTION
APPOINTING GEORGE P. BOLTON AS A MEMBER OF
THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE URBAN
RENEWAL AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SCHERTZ TO
SERVE FOR THE REMAINDER OF THE UNEXPIRED
TERM OF H. P. THULEMEYER.
WHEREAS, this Council on October 21, 1965 by resolution
appointed H. P. Thulemeyer for a two year term commencing on
said date on the Board of Commissioners of the Urban Renewal
Agency of the City of Schertz; and
WHEREAS, the said H. P. Thulemeyer has tendered his
resignation, which resignation is hereby accepted; now, there-
fore, .
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SCHERTZ:
1. Pursuant to the provisions of the Texas Urban Renewal
Law, George P. Bolton is hereby appointed to the Urban Renewal
Agency of the City of Schertz to serve on the Board of Com-
missioners thereof for the unexpired term of H. P. Thulemeyer.
Said George P. Bolton shall serve from and as of the date he
qualifies and takes his oath of office until October 20, 1967.
