RESOLUTION
AUTHORIZING THE y.tAYOR OF TI-JE CITY OF SCHERTZ,
TEXAS TO ENTER INTO A LOCAL PLANNINJ. ASSIS-
TANCE CONTRACT lrfITH MARMON, MOK & GREEN, INC.
AND THE GOVERJ:ifOR I S OFFICE OF THE STATE OF
TEXAS.
WHEREAS, the City of Schertz, Texas has been participating in an Urban
Renewal Project for a period of four years and;
WHEREAS, such project/s are projected over the next several years,
additional local planning assistance will be requiredo
NOW THEREFDRE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SCHERTZ,
TEXAS conveys authority to the Mayor of said City the power to enter
into contract agreement with Marmon, Mok & Green, Inc. of San Antonio,
Texas and the Governor I s Office of the State of TeXas for Local
Planning Assistance.
