NO. 267-Thoroughfare Study-Randolph Sub-Region
RESOLUTION NO. 267
. WHEREAS, Randolph Air Force Base and the cities of Cibolo, Converse,
Live Oak, Schertz and Universal City have jointly created the Randolph
Sub-Region Thoroughfare Study Group to create a thoroughfare plan for

the sub-reglon; and

WHEREAS, Captain MiC'ta~l'~Opnovan has been designated by the Air Force
as Technical Representative to the Study Group; and
.;' .
WHEREAS, Captain Donovan, utili'zing his experience and technical back-
ground, has performed in an outstanding and proficient manner in
developing the background for the study, the area to be covered, the
factors to be considered in devising the plan and other matters relating
to the study; and
WHEREAS, Captain Donovan's efforts have contributed to a successful in-
itiation of the study; and
WHEREAS, Captain Donovan's service with the Air Force will conclude
February 29, 1972.
BE IT RESOLVED:
That Captain Donovan's effective efforts be noted with full
appreciation.
