ACmOWLEDGING THE ARRIVAL OF THill CENTRAL TEXAS TRAIL
RIDER ASSOCIATION FOR 1972 AND SUPPORTING THEIR CON-
TRIBUTION TO THill HISTORIC PAST OF THE STATE OF TEXAS.
WHEREAS, the City of Schertz is a planned stop for the Central
Texas Trail Riders and,
WHEREAS, the eitizens of the City of Schertz endorse this historic
movement commemorating the early pioneers of the State of Texas and,
WHEREAS, the City of Schertz and other communities in this/area
will actively partieipate in the Trail Ride and in festivities planned
for the evening of February 9, 1972 now therefore
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SCHERTZ, TEXAS that Febru-
ary 9, 1972 be proelaimed CENTRAL TEXAS TRAIL RIDER DAY.
PASSED and APPROVED this the 27th day of January, 1972.
