WHEREAS, the City of Schertz has been advised by the Alamo
Area Council of Governments of a Criminal Justice Grant with
regards to Regional Law Enforcement Equipment Program; and
WHEREAS, the City of Schertz has been informed by the Alamo It'

Area Council of Governments that $163.73 will be the share required'
from the City of Schertz under said grant for;
1 large narcotics kit $ 73.50
1 fingerprint kit 42.00
1 Consolidated photo kit 856.00
2 Sony tape recorders @ $60.00 120.00
$1,.091- .-50
15% of $1,091.50 is $163.73 and,
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Schertz has autho-

rized the Alamo Area Council of Governments to solict bids on its
behalf in connection with the Criminal Justice Grant for participation
in the Regional Law Enforcement Equipment Program.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE'IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF
SCHERTZ, TEXAS that:
The amount of $163.73 pertaining to the share of the
City of Schertz in this Regional Law Enforcement
Equipment Program is obligated by'the City of Schertz,
being further subject to the p~ovision that this program
is a part of a F~~eral Grant and any payment herein are
contingent upon the availability of Federal Funds.
