A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ALAMO AREA
COUNCIL OF GOVERNMENTS TO PURCHASE ONE
MOBILE RADIO FOR THE CITY OF SCHERTZ
WHEREAS, The City of Schertz has been advised that it
can purchase a mobile radio at a cost of $271.75 figured
thusly:
Radio $1,049.00
Installation 38.00
Total $1,087.00
The City's share is 25%, or $271.75, and
WHEREAS, this radio is vitally needed in the City, and
WHEREAS, the cost of this mobi1eunit to the City of Schertz,
Texas represents an extremely low price to pay for such equip-
ment, and
WHEREAS, the City of Schertz may acquire this radio on 1)'
through the Alamo Area Council of Governments (called AACOG ,
AACOG is willing to represent us if authorized.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SCHERTZ, TEXAS, that:
The City of Schertz authorize the Alamo Area Council of Govern-
ments to purchase one (1) mobile radio for the City of Schertz,
Texas, and that the City of Schertz obligate $271.75 for its'
share of the cost of the radio.
