A RESOLUTI ON
AUTHORIZING THE FILING OF AN APPLICATION
FOR LOCAL PUBLIC WORKS CAPITAL DEVELOPMENT
AND INVESTMENT PROGRAM MONIES, AND AUTHORIZ-
ING AN APPOINTMENT OF AN OFFICIAL REPRESEN-
. TATIVE OF THE APPLICANT.
WHEREAS, a need exists to apply for a Local Public
Works Capital Development and Investment Program Grant, to finance
and construct a new Municipal Complex Building; and
WHEREAS, the City of Schertz must authorize a person
to be identified as the Official Representative of the applicant;
NOW THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SCHERTZ, TEXAS;
That the City of Schertz will comply with all of the terms and assur-
ances contained within the application for the Local Public Works
Capital Development and Investment Program; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED:
That Mayor Robert C. Bueker or City Manager Denny L. Arnold are
appointed as the Official Representatives of the applicant to act
in connection with the application and to provide such additional
information as may be required.
