A RESOLUTION
BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SCHERTZ, TEXAS,
AUTHORIZING THE CONVEYANCE OF LOTS 1 AND 2 OF THE
CHARLES BOLTON SUBDIVISION OF THE CITY OF SCHERTZ,
TEXAS, TO ERVIN A. ZIMMERMANN AND AUTHORIZING AND
DIRECTING THE EXECUTION OF A DEED OF CONVEYANCE.
WHEREAS, the City of Schertz, Texas is the present owner of
Lots 1 and 2 of the Charles Bolton Subdivision of the City of Schertz,
Texas, and
WHEREAS, Ervin A. Zimmermann has offered $14,550.00 for the
purchase of said lots, and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Schertz, Texas,
now desires to accept such offer and authorizes and directs the conveyance
of said lots to Ervin A. Zimmermann, NOW THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SCHERTZ, TEXAS:
That the City of Scherzt, Texas, convey Lots 1 and 2 of the
Charles Bolton Subdivision of the City of Schertz, Texas to Ervin A.
Zimmermann for the sum of $14,550.00.
That the Mayor is hereby authorized to execute a deed of con-
veyance, conveying Lots 1 and 2 of the Charles Bolton Subdivision of the
City of Schertz, Texas, to Ervin A. Zimmermann at and for the aforesaid
price.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this the 1st day of August, 1978.
