A RESOLUTION
BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SCHERTZ, TEXAS,
AUTHORIZING THE CONVEYANCE OF LOT 10, BLOCK 1 OF
THE EBERT SUBDIVISION OF THE CITY OF SCHERTZ, TEXAS,
TO ERVIN A. ZIMMERMANN AND AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING
THE EXECUTION OF A DEED OF CONVEYANCE.
WHEREAS, the City of Schertz, Texas is the present owner of
Lot 10, Block 1 of the Ebert Subdivision of the City of Schertz, Texas,
and
WHEREAS, Ervin A. Zimmermann has offered $5,000.00 for the
purchase of said lot, with the understanding that the property is subject
to a fifteen (15) foot drainage easement extending from the east property
line, and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Schertz, Texas, now
desires to accept such offer and authorizes and directs the conveyance of
said lot to Ervin A. Zimmermann, NOW THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SCHERTZ, TEXAS:
That the City of Schertz, Texas, convey Lot 10, Block 1, of
the Ebert Subdivision of the City of Schertz, Texas, to Ervin A. Zimmer-
mann for the sum of $5,000.00.
That the Mayor is hereby authorized to execute a deed of con-
veyance, conveying Lot 10, Block 1 of the Ebert Subdivision of the City of
Schertz, Texas, to Ervin A. Zimmermann at and for the aforesaid price.
That Lot 10, Block 1 of the Ebert Subdivision of the City of
Schertz, Texas is subject to a fifteen (15) foot drainage easement, ex-
tending from the east property line.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this the 15th day of August, 1978.
