A RESOLUTION
BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SCHERTZ, TEXAS,
AUTHORIZING THE CONVEYANCE OF .14 ACRE OUT OF G.
MALPAZ SURVEY #67 OF THE CITY OF SCHERTZ, TEXAS, TO
THOMAS O. AND BILLIE G. YARLING AND AUTHORIZATING
AND DIRECTING THE EXECUTION OF A DEED OF CONVEYANCE.
WHEREAS, the City of Schertz, Texas is the present owner of
.14 acre out of the G. Ma1paz Survey #67 (524 Exchange Avenue) of the City
of Schertz, Texas, and
WHEREAS, Thomas O. and Billie G. Yarling have offered
$2,227.50 for the purchase of said lot, and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Schertz, Texas, now
desires to accept such offer and authorizes and directs the conveyance of
said lot to Thomas O. and Billie G. Yarling, NOW THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SCHERTZ, TEXAS:
That the City of Schertz, Texas, convey .14 acre out of the
G. Malpaz Survey #67 of the City of Schertz, Texas to Thomas O. and Billie
G. Yarling for the sum of $2,227.50.
That the Mayor is hereby authorized to execute a deed of con-
veyance, conveying .14 acre of the G. Malpza Survey #67 of the City of
Schertz, Texas, to Thomas O. and Billie G. Yarling at and for the aforesaid
price.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this the 5th day of September, 1978.
