A RESOLUTION
BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SCHERTZ, TEXAS
SETTING A TIME, DATE AND PLACE FOR A PUBLIC HEARING
PURSUANT TO ADOPTION OF A BUDGET FOR FISCAL YEAR
1979-80.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Schertz, Texas
desires to adopt a budget for Fiscay Year 1979-80, and
WHEREAS, in accordance with Section 7.06 (A) of the City
Charter, a public hearing is required, NOW THEREFORE:
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SCHERTZ, TEXAS:
THAT a public hearing is hereby scheduled for 7:00 P.M.,
Tuesday, August 21, 1979, to be held in the Council Chambers of the
Municipal Building, 1400 Live Oak Road, Schertz, Texas, to obtain the
views of the public concerning the proposed budget for Fiscal Year
1979-80.
