A RESOLUTI ON
BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SCHERTZ,
TEXAS, CONTRACTING FOR THE FISCAL YEAR 1979-
1980 OFFICIAL NEWSPAPER.
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 78-M-22 requires the City Council, by
Resolution, at the beginning of each fiscal year, to contract with a public
newspaper of general circulation in the City of Schertz as the official
newspaper; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council desires to contract with

for publication of all official legal notices, NOW THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SCHERTZ, TEXAS:
THAT, the City Council of the City of Schertz, Texas, hereby

as the official newspaper for the fiscal year 1979-80 at a rate of
