A RESOL UT ION
BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SCHERTZ, TEXAS,
SETTING A TIME, DATE AND PLACES FOR PUBLIC HEARINGS
PURSUANT TO THE PROPOSED ANNEXATION OF 127.527 ACRES
OF LAND MORE OR LESS,OUT OF GUADALUPE COUNTY.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Schertz, Texas, desires
to institute annexation proceedings concerning the territory described
herein, and
WHEREAS, in accordance with Section 6, Artilce 970a, Vernon's
Texas Civil Statutes, public hearings are required, NOW THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SCHERTZ, TEXAS:
THAT a public hearing is hereby schedeled for 6:30 olclock P.M.,
Tuesday, April 5, 1983, to be held in the Board Room of the Cibolo Creek
~1unicipal Authority building, 100 Dietz Road, to obtain the views of the
public concerning the proposed annexation of a 127.527 acre! tract of land
as described on the attached Fieldnote Description, and map.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED:
THAT a second public hearing is hereby scheduled for 7:00 o'clock
P.M., Tuesday, April 5, 1983, to be held in the Council Chambers of the
Municipal Complex Building, 1400 Live Oak Road, Schertz, Texas, to obtain
the views of the public concerning the proposed annexation of the 127.527
acre tract of land as described in the attached Fieldnote Description, and
map, made~ part. hereof.

acre tract of land which is out of the Ottman L. Dietz tract of land out
of the Malpaz Survey No. 67 as recorded in Volume 230, pages 395 and 396
of the Deed Records of Guadalupe County, Texas and being more particularly
described as follows:
BEGINNING: Southernmost corner of said 154.402 acre tract of land,
said Southernmost coner oelng a point on the Northeast ROW lone of Green-
field Road (F.M. 3009), North 29056'3511 West, 960.92 feet along the North-
east ROW line of Greenfield Road (F.M. 3009) to the PC of a curve to the
right; ~
THENCE: Along said curve to the right on the Northeast ROW line of
Greenfield Road (F.M. 3009) which as a radius of 2804.79 feet, a central
angle of 00042'4111, a chord which bears North 29035'1511 West, an arc
