A RESOLUTION
BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SCHERTZ, TEXAS,
DESIGNATING A SESQUICENTENNIAL COORDINATOR.
WHEREAS, The State of Texas will be celebrating the State's
first one hundred and fifty years of independence; and
WHEREAS, There is a need for a coordinator to work with a
Sesquicentennial Committee to develop a master plan for our City that
will enable it to become an official Texas Indenpendence Community;
NOW THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SCHERTZ, TEXAS:
THAT Mr. Charles B. Sharpe is designated as the Coordinator
of the Schertz Sesquicentennial Committee.
