A RESOLUTION
BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SCHERTZ, TEXAS,
PLACING IN NOMINATION RICHARD L. (DICK) HOWE, FOR
THE DIRECTORSHIP OF THE GUADALUPE COUNTY APPRAISAL
DISTRICT.
WHEREAS, Senate Bill 621 entitles the City of Scher.tz to
nominate candidates for the Directorship of the Guadalupe County
Appraisal District; and
WHEREAS, the City of Schertz desires to render this
entitlement by submitting a name in nomination; NOW THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SCHERTZ, TEXAS:
THAT the City Council hereby nominates RICHARD L.
(DICK) HOWE as the City's candidate for Directorship of the
Guadalupe County Appraisal District.
