BY TH E CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SCHERTZ,
TEXAS, SETTING A TIME, DATE AND PLAC E FOR
PUBLIC . HEARINGS PURSUANT TO THE PROPOS ED
ANNEXATION OF APPROXIMATEL Y 121.906 ACR ES OF
LAND, MORE OR LESS, OUT OF COMAL COUNTY.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of SChertz, Texas,
desires to institute proceedings concerning the territory
described herein; and
WHEREAS , in accordance with Section 6, Article 970a,
Vernon's Texas Civil Statutes, public hearings are required, NOW

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SCHERTZ, TEXAS:
THAT a public hearing is hereby sch eduled for 7:00
o'clock p.m. Wednesday October 15, 1986, to be held in the
Council Chambers of the Municipal Complex, 1400 Live Oak Road,
Schertz, Texas, to obtain the views of the public concerning the
proposed annexation of approximately 121.906 acres of land as
described on the attached fieldnotes and map: and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED:
THAT a second public hear ing is her eby scheduled for
7:00 o'clock p.m., Wednesday, October 29, 1986, to be held in the
Council Chambers of the Municipal Complex, 1400 Live Oak Road,
Schertz, Texas, to obtain the views of the public on the proposed
annexation of approximately 121.906 acr es of land, as descr ibed
in the attached fieldnote and map, and made a art hereof.
