A RESOLUTION
BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SCHERTZ, TEXAS,
PLACING IN NOMINATION CHARLES B. SHARPE ,
FOR THE DIRECTORSHIP OF THE GUADALUPE COUNTY
APPRAISAL DISTRICT.
WHEREAS, there is a vacancy on the Guadalupe County
Appraisal District Board of Directors; and
WHEREAS, Senate Bill 621 entitles the City of Schertz
to nominate candidates for the Directorship of the Guadalupe
County Appraisal District; and
WHEREAS, the City of Schertz desires to render this
entitlement by submitting a name in nomination to fill the
vacancy; NOW THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SCHERTZ, TEXAS:
THAT the City Council hereby nominates CHARLES B.
SHARPE as the City's candidate for Directorship of
the Gaudalupe County Appraisal District to fill the vacancy.
