A RESOLUTION
BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SCHERTZ,
TEXAS, SETTING A TIME, DATE AND PLACE FOR
PUBLIC HEARINGS PURSUANT TO THE PROPOSED
ANNEXATION OF . APPROXIMATELY 3~L 63 ACRES OF
LAND, OUTOFCOMAL AND GUADALUPE COUNTIES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Schertz, Texas
desires to institute proceedings concerning the territory
described herein; and
WHEREAS, in accordance with Section 6, Article 9713a,
Vernon's Texas Civil Statutes, public hearings are required, NOW
THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SCHERTZ, TEXAS:
THAT a public hearing is hereby scheduled for 7~1313
o'clock p.m. , Tuesday, November 1, 1988, to be held in the
Council Chambers of the Municipal Complex, 141313 Schertz Parkway,
Schertz, Texas to obtain the views of the public concerning the
proposed annexation of approximately 313.63 acres of land as
described on the attached fieldnotes and map; and
THAT a second public hearing is hereby scheduled for
7:013 o'clock p.m., Tuesday, Novembe r 15, 1988, to be held in the
Council Chambers of the Municipal Complex, 14130 Schertz Parkway,
Schertz, Texas, to obtain the views of the public on the proposed
annexation of approximately 30.63 acres of land, as described in
the attached fieldnotes and map, and made a part hereof.
