1992R02-Proposed Annexation of 250.96 acres RESOLUTION No.3_~ --R.~J- A RESOLUTION BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SCHERTZ, TEXAS, SETTING A TIME, DATE AND PLACE FOR PUBLIC HEARINGS PURSUANT TO THE PROPOSED ANNEXATION OF THREE TRACTS OF LAND CONTAINING APPROXIMATELY 250.96 ACRES OF LAND OUT OF GUADALUPE COUNTY WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Schertz, Texas desires to institute annexation proceedings concerning the territory described hereini and WHEREAS, in accordance with Section 6, Article 970a, Vernon's Texas Civil Statutes, public hearings are required; NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SCHERTZ, TEXAS: THAT a public hearing is hereby scheduled for h:OO o'clock p.m. , Tuesday, February 4, 1992, to be held in the Council Chambers of the Municipal Complex, 1400 Schertz Parkway, Schertz, Texas to obtain the views of the public concerning the proposed annexation of three tracts of land containing approximately 250.96 acres of land as described on the attached fieldnotes and mapi and THAT a second public hearing is hereby scheduled for 7:00 o'clock p.m. Tuesday, February 18, 1992 to be held in the Council Chambers of the Municipal Complex, 1400 Schertz Parkway, Schertz, Texas, to obtain the views of the public concerning the proposed annexation of three tracts of land containing approximately 250.96 acres of land as described on the attached fieldnotes and map, and made a part hereof.
