A RESOLUTION
BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SCHERTZ,
TEXAS, APPOINTING A REPRESENTATIVE TO SERVE
ON THE BOARD OF MANAGERS OF CANYON REGIONAL
WATER AUTHORITY.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SCHERTZ,
TEXAS:
THAT Samuel W. Willoughby is
hereby appointed as representative to serve on the Board of
Managers of Canyon Regional Water AuthoritYi and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVEDi
THAT the above named representative is authorized to
represent, and act in behalf of, the best interest of the
City of Schertz in the process of maintaining and conduction
of all business of the Board of Managers, Canyon Regional
Water AuthoritYi and to cast its vote on all issues related
to the Canyon Regional Water Authority on the Board of
Managers.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this the 1 st day of
