RESOLUTION NO. 95'-1-1-
A RESOLUTION
BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SCHERTZ,
TEXAS, APPOINTING A REPRESENTATIVE TO SERVE ON
THE BOARD OF MANAGERS OF CANYON REGIONAL WATER
AUTHORITY.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SCHERTZ,
TEXAS:
THAT Samuel D. Willoughby is hereby appointed as
representative to serve on the Board of Managers of the
Canyon Regional Water Authority.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED:
THAT the above named representative is authorized to
represent, and act in behalf of, the best interest of the
City of Schertz in the process of the maintaining and
conducting of all business of the Board of Managers, Canyon
Regional Water Authority, and to cast its vote on all
issues related to the Canyon Regional Water Authority on
the Board of Managers.
