RESOLUTION NO. 97-;(-0
A RESOLUTION OF THE GOVERNING BODY OF THE CITY OF
SCHERTZ, TEXAS, APPOINTING TO CANYON REGIONAL
WATER AUTHORITY TWO MEMBERS TO THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES FOR A ONE-YEAR TERM OF OFFICE.
RESOLVED, that the Governing Body of the City of
Schertz, Texas have appointed John Bierschwale and Ken
Greenwald to serve as their two representatives to the
Board of Trustees of Canyon Regional Water Authority.
RESOLVED FURTHER, that the above named representatives
are authorized to represent, and act in behalf of, the best
interest of above named entity in the process of
maintaining and conducting business of the Canyon Regional
Water Authority, and to cast their vote on all issues
related to the Canyon Regional Water Authority.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this the /.5ci day of April,
