RESOLUTION NO. tj1-~- 1
A RESOLUTION OF THE GOVERNING BODY OF THE CITY OF
SCHERTZ, TEXAS, APPOINTING TO CANYON REGIONAL
WATER AUTHORITY ONE MEMBER TO THE BOARD OF
MANAGERS FOR A ONE-YEAR TERM OF OFFICE.
RESOLVED, that the Governing Body of the City of
Schertz, Texas have appointed Samuel Willoughby to serve as
their representative to the Board of Managers of Canyon
Regional Water Authority.
RESOLVED FURTHER, that the above named representative
is authorized to represent, and act in behalf of, the best
interest of above named entity in the process of
maintaining and conducting business of the Canyon Regional
Water Authority, and to cast his vote on all issues related
to the Canyon Regional Water Authority.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this the/~ day of April,
