February 23, 1998
The Schertz Board of Adjustment convened in a special session on Monday, February
23, 1998 at 6:00 p.m. in the Municipal Complex Council Chambers, 1400 Schertz
Parkway, Schertz, Texas. Those present were as follows:

#1 Interview of Applicants for the vacancy (1) on the Board of Adjustment and
alternate member (1 ).
Peggy Brown, Kathy Hill, Earl Sawyer and George Maxfield are the applicants
scheduled for interviews. The applicants answered a series of questions asked by each
board member with the exception of Mr. Maxfield no present. Each applicant is excused
and thanked for their interest after the interview. After a brief discussion and votes
tallied, Peggy Brown and Kathy Hill were selected as having the highest scores.
Norman Slocum moved recommending approval to the City Council the selection of
Peggy Brown as a regular member and Kathy Hill as an alternate member.
