AN ORDINANCE
BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SCHERTZ, TEXAS
PROVIDING THAT THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
SCHERTZ, TEXAS BE AMEMDED BY REVISING CHAPTER 18,
TRAFFIC, ARTICLE V, STOPPING, STANDING AND PARKING-
SECTION 18-90-PARKING FOR CERTAIN PURPOSES PROHIBITED
AND SECTION 18-91-PARKING PROHIBITED; AND PROVIDING A
REPEALING CLAUSE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SCHERTZ,
TEXAS;
SECTION I
THAT, Section 18-90 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Schertz, Texas be amended
to add the following.
"Section 18-90, Parking for certain purposes prohibited.
c. Add- No stopping, standing and
parking signs at
E1bel Road from FM3009 to Schertz
Parkway on both sides of the roadway."
SECTION II
THAT, Section 18-91 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Schertz, Texas be amended
to delete the following.
"Section 18-91 Parking Prohibited.
Delete Parking Prohibited signs on
Elbel Road from FM 3009 to Schertz
Parkway on both sides of the roadway."
THAT, all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict with this Ordinance are hereby
repealed.
