AN ORDINANCE
BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SCHERTZ,
TEXAS PROVIDING THAT THE CODE OF
ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF SCHERTZ, TEXAS BE
AMENDED 'BY REVISING SECTION 18-32, STOP
INTERSECTIONS, AND SECTION 18-33, ALL-WAY
STOPS, AND PROVIDING A REPEALING CLAUSE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SCHERTZ,
TEXAS:
SECTION !
THAT, Section 18-32 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Schertz, Texas be
amended to add the following:
"Section 18-32, Stop Intersections-Designated-Generally
Through Street
Cross-or Stop Street
Ashley Park
Schertz Parkway
SECTION
THAT, Section 18-33 of the Code of Ordinances, City of Schertz, Texas be
amended to delete the following-
Section 18-33 - Same--Same---All-Way Stops.
Ashley Park and Schertz Parkway"
SECTION
THAT a II ordinances o r p arts o f ordinances i n conflict with t his Ordinance are
hereby repealed.
