AN ORDINANCE
PROVIDING THAT THE CODE OF ORDINANCES. CITY
OF SCHERTZ, TEXAS BE AMENDED BY REVISING
CHAPTER 12 1/ 2, ATTACHMENT "C", PROVIDING FOR
THE USE AND REGULATIONS OF PICNIC AREAS AND
REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF
ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SCHERTZ, TEXAS:

THAT Attachment "C" establishing fees for pavilions
and picnic area reservations and maintenance be amended so that
Attachment "C" of said ordinance will read as follows:
"ATTACHMENT "C"
PICNIC AREAS, PAVILIONS, BALLFIELD COMPLEX USAGE
I. Fees for those reservations made by persons, firms. companies
or corporations outside the City of Schertz, Texas.
A. There will be charged a reservation fee for each
day of reserved usage as follows:
Picnic Areas
Small Pavilion
areas (a) (2). (3). ( 4 )
listed in reservation area
Ballfield (each)
Large Pavilion,without kitchen
Large Pavilion with kitchen
and restroom
Key deposit (refundable)
$ 25.00
$ 50.00
$ 100.00

Additionally, there will be an "electric charge" of $8.00 for the
first three (3) hours. or any portion thereof, of usage and $2.00
an hour thereafter on all facilities except ballfields.
Ballfields will be charged at a rate of $20.00 for the first .two
(2) hours, or any portion thereof, of usage and $5.00 an hour
thereafter.
B. Maintenance Fee:
A maintenance fee will be assessed on reservations as
follows:
Picnic Areas
Small Pavilion
Large Pavilion (minimum number
