AN ORDINANCE
BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SCHERTZ,
TEXAS PROVIDING THAT THE CODE OF
ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF SCHERTZ, TEXAS BE
AMENDED BY REVISING SECTION 18-76, MAXIMUM
LIMITS ON SPECIFIC STREETS; AND PROVIDING A
REPEALING CLAUSE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SCHERTZ,
TEXAS:
SECTION 1
THAT, Section 18-76 of the Code of Ordinances, City of
hereby amended to read as follows:
"Section 18-76 - Maximum Limits on Specific Streets
Schertz, Texas is
Street Extent Speed Limit
Bear Oak Entire length 20 MPH
Bench Trail Entire Length 20 MPH
Canyon Oak Entire Length 20 MPH
Chelsea Ddve Entire Length 20 MPH
Chestnut Oak Entire Length 20 MPH

Country Club Drive Entire Length 30 MPH

SECTION 2
THAT, all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict with this Ordinance are
hereby repealed
