1990S7- REZONING FIVE TRACTS OF LAND
ORDINANCE NO. 9'()-5-'7
AN ORDINANCE
BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SCHERTZ,
TEXAS, AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 87-
S-l BY REZONING FIVE TRACTS OF LAND OUT OF
COMAL AND GUADALUPE COUNTIES AND REFLECTING
SUCH CHANGES ON CERTAIN ZONING MAPS IN
ACCORDANCE WITH THE SCHERTZ ZONING
ORDINANCE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SCHERTZ, TEXAS:
SECTION I
THAT Zoning Ordinance No. 87-S-1 of the City of
Schertz, Texas is hereby amended in the following manner:
"A. Rezone an area out of Coma1 and Guadalupe Counties
shown by metes and bounds as Tract #1 (278.92 acres)
in ordinance No. 90-A-5, as Light Manufacturing
(M-1), with the exception of 39.81 acres currently
known as Stone Creek RV Park, as platted and recorded
2-8-89 in Comal County, Volume 9, pages 182-183, which
is to be zoned as Mobile HomelRecreational Vehicle
(MH/RV) .
B. Rezone an area out of Guadalupe County shown by
metes and bounds as Tract #2 (199.93 acres) in
ordinance No. 90-A-5, as Residential Agriculture
(RIA), with the exception of 11.71 acres, which is
remainder of Bussey's Flea Market shown on the enclosed
plat, which will be zoned General Business (GB).
C. Rezone an area out of Guadalupe County shown by
metes and Bounds as Tract #3 (96.67 acres) in
ordinance No. 90-A-5, as Residential Agriculture
(RIA) .
D. Rezone an area out of Comal and Guadalupe Counties
shown by metes and bounds as Tract #4 (121.49 acres)
in ordinance No. 90-A-5, as Residential Agriculture
(RIA) .
E. Rezone an area out of Guadalupe County shown by
metes and bounds as Tract #5 (157.51 acres) in
ordinance No. 90-S-5, as Predevelopment (PD), with
the exception of that part south of FM 78, which is
zoned General Business (GB)."
