AN ORDINANCE
BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF $CHERTZ,
TEXAS PROVIDING THAT THE CODE OF
ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF SCHER'I'Z, TEXAS BE
AMENDED BY REVISING SECTION 18-76, MAXIMUM
LIMITS ON SPECIFIC STREETS; AND PROVIDING A
REPEALING CLAUSE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SCHERTZ,
TEXAS:
SECTION 1
THAT, Section 18-76 of the Code of Ordinances, City of Schertz,. Texas
hereby amended to read as follows:

"Section 18-76 - Maximum Limits on Specific Streets
Street Extent Speed Limit
FM 78 Entire length within the Schertz City limits 45 MPH"
SECTION 2
THAT ali ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict with this Ordinance are
hereby repealed.
