AN ORDINANCE
BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SCHERTZ,
TEXAS, AMENDING THE SIGN ORDINANCE NO. 86-S-
28, ARTICLE IX, PERMITS, SECTION 10 AND
lOb., PORTABLE OR MOBILE SIGNS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SCHERTZ, TEXAS:
THAT Sign Ordinance 86-s-28 of the City of Schertz,
Texas lS hereby amended in the following manner:
Amend ARTICLE IX, Section 10 and lOb. as follows:
ARTICLE IX PERMITS
Section 10. Portable or Mobile Signs
Portable or mobile signs will be issued a temporary building
permit for a total of ninety (90) days, either consecutively or
for two forty-five (45) day periods nonconsecutively, in any
twelve month time frame.
