1986S17- AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE I ORDINANCE NO. f?'6- S - /7 AN ORDINANCE BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SCHERTZ, TEXAS, AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 79- S-15, BY REZONING 41.744 ACRES OF LAND OUT OF GUADALUPE COUNTY AND REFLECTING SUCH CHANGE ON CERTAIN ZONING MAPS IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE SCHERTZ ZONING ORDINANCE. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SCHERTZ, TEXAS: SECTION I THAT Zoning Ordinance No. 79-s-l5 of the City of Schertz, Texas, is hereby amended in the following manner: "A 41.744 acre tract of land out of Guadalupe County, being a portion of the CDR property as recorded in Volume 718, page 174 of the Deed Records of Guadalupe County, Texas, is changed in classification to General Business. Said land is bounded on the West by FM 3009, on the north by Borgfeld Road to the intersection of Dietz Road, then in a southerly direction to the landfill property line; on the south by the Southern Pacific Railroad right of way to a depth of 300 feet from FM 3009. This land was annexed by Ordinance 86-S-l3." SECTION II THAT the Zoning District Maps, described and referred to in Article II, Section 3.1 and 3.2 of the City of Schertz Zoning Ordinance No. 79-S-l5, shall be changed to reflect the above amendment.
