AN ORDINANCE
BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SCHERTZ,
TEXAS, AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 79-
S-l5 BY REZONING 3.56 ACRE TRACT OUT OF
GUADALUPE COUNTY AND REFLECTING SUCH CHANGE
ON CERTAIN ZONING MAPS IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE
SCHERTZ ZONING ORDINANCE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SCHERTZ, TEXAS:
SECTION I
THAT Zoning Ordinance No. 79-S-15 of the City of
Schertz, Texas, is hereby amended in the following manner:
"A 3.56 acre tract of land out of the G. Malpaz
Survey No. 67 and located on the north side of
Elbel Road, east of Samuel Clemens High School
and bordered by Dietz Creek drainage channel
is changed in classification to Neighborhood
Services (NS) zoning."
SECTION II
THAT the Zoning District Maps, described and referred
to in Article II, Section 3.l and 3.2 of the City of Schertz
Zoning Ordinance No. 79-S-l5, shall be changed to reflect the
above amendments.

3.76 ACRE TRACT
Field notes describing 3.76 acres of land situated in the G. Malpez
Survey, City of Schertz, Guadalupe County, Tx. Said 3.76 acre tract
is that part of a tract called 34 acres in conveyance from Frank Suhr
to M. McCuistion, et ux recorded in Volume 229 at Page 129 of the Deed
Records and lying northwest of Elbel Street of said county and being
described by metes and bounds, as follows:
BEGINNING at an iron stake set at a fence corner marking the west corner
of the tract herein described same being the west corner of said 34
acre tract:
THENCE with a fence along the northwest line, as follows;
N 630 17'E 319.4 feet and;
N 620 ISlE 207.0 feet to an iron stake set at a fence corner marking
the north corner of the tract herein described same being the north
corner of said 34 acre tract:
THENCE with a fence along the northeast line of the tract herein described
same being a segment of the northeast line of said 34 acre tract and
the southwest line of Greenfield Village Subdivision, 5 300 09'W at
288.0 feet a fence corner in concrete and at 298.0 feet the east corner
of the tract herein described same being the north corner of a 60' strip
conveyed to Guadalupe County -,jIOecorded in Volume 431 at Page 47'1 and
being the intersection of the northwest line of Elbel St. and the
northeast line of said 34 acre tract:
THENCE with the common line of the tract herein described and said Elbel
St.. 5 590 47'W 526.0 feet to the south corner of the tract herein
described same being the intersection of the northwest line of said
Elbel St. and the southwest line of said 34 acre tract;
THENCE with an extension of a fence and said fence along the southwest
line of said 3.76 acre tract and a segment of the southwest line of
said 34 acre tract, N 300 06'W at 10 feet an iron stake found at a fence
corner and at 326.6 feet the PLACE OF BEGIBNIRG and containing 3.76
acres of land.
