2001S21-REZONINGORDINANCE NO. /~/* ,~ .- ~?/ AN ORDI'NANCE BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY'OF SCHERTZ, TEXAS AHENDING THE UNIFIED DEVELOPHENT CODE (UDC) ORDINANCE NO. 96-S-28 BY REZONING APPROXIHATELY 41.418 ACRES OUT OF GUADALUPE COUNTY AND REFLECTING SUCH CHANGES ON CERTAIN ZONING HAPS IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE SCHERTZ UDC ORDINANCE. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE Cl'T~ OF SCHERTZ, TEXAS; THAT, UDC Ordinance No. 96-S-28 of the City of Schertz, Texas is hereby amended in the following manner. SECTION i "Rezone approximately 41.418 acres of land out of Guadalupe County, Texas, being more particularly described in the Field Notes attached and made a part hereof, from Single-Family Residential Dwelling District (R-2) to Neighborhood Services (NS) and Apartment/Multi-Family Dwelling District (R-4). SECTION 2 THAT, The Zoning District Naps described and referred to in Article III, Sections 5.1, 5.2, and 5.3 of the City of Schertz UDC Ordinance 96-S-28 shall be changed to reflect the above amendments.
