2001F13-HEALTHORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE
AMENDING THE CODE OF ORDINANCES, CITY OF
SCHERTZ, TEXAS, CHAPTER 7 1/2, SECTION 47; AND
PROVIDING A REPEALING CLAUSE.
SECTION 1
THAT Chapter 7 1/2, Section 47, paragraph (f) of the Code of Ordinances be amended
as follows:
"(f) Pilfering/Scavenging. Pilfering or scavenging is defined as the unauthorized
tampering with or removal of material or the provided bin placed at a residential curb-
side intended for waste collection use by an authorized agem of the City of Schertz."
SECTION 2
THAT, all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict with this Ordinance are hereby
repealed
