AN ORDINANCE
BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SCHERTZ, TEXAS
PROVIDING THAT THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE
CITY OF SCHERTZ, TEXAS BE AMENDED BY REVISING
SECTION 18-33, ALL-WAY STOPS; PROVIDING A REPEALING
~,,.ii.'CLAUSE; AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SCHERTZ,
TEXAS'
SECTION 1
THAT, Section 18-33 of the Code of Ordinances, City of Schertz, Texas be
amended as follows:
"Section 18-33 - Same-Same - All Way Stops
Woodland Oaks Drive and Woodbridge Way."
SECTION 2
THAT, all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict with this Ordinance
are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3
THAT the public importance of this measure creates an emergency and
an urgent public necessity requiring the suspension of the Charter provision that
no ordinance be passed on the day it is introduced, and such Charter provision is
accordingly suspended and this Ordinance is declared to be an emergency
measure, and shall take effect and be in full force immediately from and after its
passage on the date shown below.
