AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 80 AND 80A OF THE CITY OF
SCHERTZ,r TEXAS:
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SCHERTZ, TEXAS:
1. That Ordinance No. 80, Section 1, of the City of Schertz,
Texas, be amended by adding thereto a Section (e) and that Ordinance
No. 81A of the City of Sechertz, Texas, Section 14 (Meter Connection
Charges and Meter Installation and Repair) be amended by adding
thereto the fallowing as section (d):
Whenever a user of the City Water Service and /or the Saver
Services of the City of Schertz, Texas, terminates such services
at one address and renews such services or either of them at a
different address then and in that event a $2.00 reconnection
fee of services shall be assessed against such customer. This
charge is for the services required in disconnecting and reconnect-
ing such customer.
