On this, the 6th day of April, 1976, at 7:00 o'clock P.M. the
Ci ty Council of the City of Schertz, Texas, oonvened at a regular rreeting
at the regular rreeting place in the Municipal Building of said City in the
Ci ty of Schertz, Texas, which rreeting was at all tines open to the public,
and at which rreeting the following rrembers were present, to-wit:

There being a quorum present, the rreeting was called to order
by the Mayor; and, arrong other proceedings had were the following:
The Mayor introduced the following captioned ordinance which

Whereupon said rrotion was fully discussed and oonsidered. The Mayor put the

the City Couti-cil and said rrotion was approved and adopted by the following

BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SCHERTZ
TEXAS, CONVASSING THE RETURNS AND DECLARING
THE RESULTS OF THE CITY COUNCIL ELECTION
HELD IN SAID CITY ON THE 3RD DAY OF APRIL
1976 AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY.

WHEREAS, there came on to be considered the returns of
a City Council election duly and legally held in the City of Schertz,
Texas, on April 3, 1976; and
WHEREAS, this City Council has diligently inquired into
the poll lists and official election returns which were duly and
lawfully made to said City Council by the judges and clerks hold-
ing said election; and
WHEREAS, from said returns, this City Council hereby
finds that there were cast in said election by those voters who
were resident qualified electors of the City the following votes:
