ORDINANCE IF 242
AN ORDINANCE REPEALING CITY ORDINANCE IF 47 AND AMENDING CITY ORDINANCE # 121
BY SETTING A TIME AND PLACE FOR MEETINGS OF THE CITY COUNCIL.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF SCHERTZ, TEXAS:
That City Ordinance # 47, being no longer desirable or convenient to the
conduct of city business is hereby repealed and,
That City Ordinance # 121 be amended to include that all City Council
meetings, regular and special, shall be held starting at 7:30 PM of the day
scheduled unless otherwise rescheduled by competent authority.
