80-E-10 ORDINANCE NO. cg'C) -f - IlL AN ORDINANCE BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SCHERTZ, TEXAS CANVASSING THE RETURNS AND DECLARING THE RESULTS OF THE CITY OFFICER ELECTION HELD IN SAID CITY ON THE 5TH DAY OF APRIL 1980, AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY.
