ORDINANCE NO. ~O-e~~
AN ORDINANCE
OF THE CITY OF SCHERTZ, TEXAS, PROVIDING THAT THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES, CITY OF SCHERTZ, TEXAS, BE
AMENDED BY REVISING SECTION 5-64 (a) (4) OF SAID
CODE: PROVIDING THAT REINSPECTIONS WILL BE DONE
WHEN SYSTEr~S ARE FOUND TO BE DEFICIENT AND SETTING
A REINSPECTION FEE AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SCHERTZ, TEXAS:
I
THAT Section 5-64 (a) (4) of the Code of Ordinances of the
City of Schertz, Texas, be amended so that such section shall read as
foll ows:
"Section 5-64 Inspections
(a) (4) Reinspection will be done when systems are found to
be deficient. A fee of $18.00 will be charged for
each re-inspection."

THAT all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
with this ordinance are hereby repealed.
III
THAT the public importance of this measure constitutes
and creates an urgent public necessity requiring that this ordinance
be passed and take effect as an emergency measure, and shall take
effect and be in force immediately upon and after its passage.
