TEXAS:
AN ORDINANCE
OF THE CITY OF SCHERTZ, TEXAS PROVIDING THAT THE CODE
OF ORDINANCES, CITY OF SCHERTZ, TEXAS BE AMENDED BY
REVISING SECTIONS 18-2 TRAFFIC ffNGINEER DESIGNATION
AND SECTION 18-91, PARKING PROHIBITED ON SPECIFIC
STREETS,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SCHERTZ,
SECTION 1. That Section 18-2 of the Code of Ordinances of
the City of Schertz, Texas, be amended so that such section shall read as
follows:
"Section 18-2 Traffic Engineer Designated.
The Traffic Safety Engineer is to be the responsibility of the
City Manager's office."
SECTION 2. That Section 18-91 of the Code of Ordinances of
the City of Schertz, Texas, be amended so that such section shall read as
follows:
"Section 18-91 Parking prohibited on specific streets.
When signs are erected giving notice thereof, no person shall park
a vehicle at any time upon any of the following streets or portions
thereof:
Street

Aero Avenue
30 feet on either side of exit from parking
lot located between pavilion and swimming pool.
Aviation Boulevard
Either side from Main Street to Cibolo Creek
El bel Road
Either side from Live Oak Road to east side
of entrance to GVEC substation between the
hours of 7:00 A.M. and 4:45 P.M.
Exchange Avenue
North side from Live Oak Road to Koch Street
Farm Market 78
North side from Dietz Creek to Cibolo Creek

Either side from Farm Market 78 to most
northwesterly city limits
