AN ORDINANCE
BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SCHERTZ, TEXAS, DESIGNATING
A THROUGH TRUCK ROUTE FOR THE CITY OF SCHERTZ.
WHEREAS, The City Council desires to create a truck route through
the City of Schertz to insure the smooth flow of heavy vehicular traffic;
and to protect the safety and welfare of the citizens; NOW THEREFORE,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SCHERTZ, TEXAS:
THAT Jack Hays Boule~ard (FM 3009) be designated a Through Truck
Route from Interstate Highway 35 to Farm to Market Road 78; and that the
necessary traffic control signs be placed as directed by the Traffic
Engineer.
