ORDINANCE NO. <1' -D-S
AN ORDINANCE BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SCHERTZ, TEXAS, PROVIDING THAT THE CODE OF
ORDINANCES, CITY OF SCHERTZ, TEXAS BE AMENDED
BY REVISING SECTION 18-91 PARKING PROHIBITED,
OF SAID CODE
WHEREAS, based on engineering and traffic surveys and
investigations, it has been determined that there should be
certain amendments to the traff ic regulations of the City of
Schertz, Texas, as outlined and defined in Chapter 18 of the Code
of Ordinances of the City of Schertz, Texas, NOW THEREFORE,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SCHERTZ, TEXAS:

THAT Section 18-91 PARKING PROHIBITED of the Code of
Ordinances of the City of Schertz, Texas be amended by adding the
following:
Street
Extent
Lookout Road
Northeast side from 1-35 to
city limits
II
THAT all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
with this ordinance are hereby repealed.
