AN ORDINANCE
BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SCHERTZ, TEXAS,
PROVIDING THAT THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF SAID CITY
BY AMENDED BY REVISING SECTIONS 18-32 'STOP INTER-
SECTIONS; 18-35 - 'YIELD INTERSECTIONS; 18-91
'PARKING PROHIBITED'; 18-96 'IMPOUNDMENT OF STANDING
OR PARKED VEHICLES' OF SAID CODE.
WHEREAS, based on engineering and traffic surveys and investi-
gations, it has been determined that there should be certain amendments to
the traffic regulations of the City of Schertz, Texas, as outlined and
defined in Chapter 18 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Schertz,
Texas; NOW THEREFORE,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SCHERTZ, TEXAS:

THAT Section 18-32 STOP INTERSECTIONS-Designated-Generally,
of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Schertz, Texas, be amended by
adding the following:
Through Streets

Woodland Oaks Drive
Cross or Stop Streets

Star Light Lane

THAT Section 18-35 YIELD INTERSECTIONS, of the Code of
Ordinances of the City of Schertz, Texas, be amended by adding the
following:

Cedar Lane

THAT Section 18-91 PARKING PROHIBITED of the Code of Ordinances of
the City of Schertz, Texas, be amended by adding the following:

West side from Brooks Avenue to Aviation
Avenue and from Maple Drive to Marilyn
Drive.

THAT Section 18-96 IMPOUNDMENT OF STANDING OR PARKED VEHICLES of
the Code of Ordinances be amended by adding the following:
(a)
(4) When a vehicle is left unattended upon any alley or
easement where such vehicle constitutes an obstruction.

THAT all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict with this
ordinance are hereby repealed.
