BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SCHERTZ, TEXAS,
AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 80-M-16 (PARK ORDINANCE)
BY ADDING A SECTION PROHIBITING GLASS CONTAINERS
WITHIN THE PARK AREAS.

WHEREAS, The City Council of the City of Schertz, Texas, finds
a need for regulating the use of glass containers in City parks; NOW THEREFORE,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SCHERTZ, TEXAS:
THAT Section V be amended by adding the following:

"Section V - 2. All glass containers are prohibited within
the City park areas."
